Tyrel requests remedy for the great contempt committed to the king and the damage to him as Saint Vigor had procured judgment against him by maintenance concerning a fishery, and Favelor had had all his animals and other chattels, and subsequently all his goods and the service of his men to meet the judgment despite several writs of error and replevin, which writs Favelor and Saint Lo have ignored.
