- The people of Auckland request that a bill from the time of Northburgh can be allowed against a sum that they owe for victuals that they bought at Newcastle, as they have nothing to live on or levy the sum because of the destructions of the Scots.1)

- The king wishes to be paid for the sale, and pays his debts when he wishes.2) The council considers that this be done if it pleases the king, but nevertheless coram rege.
