The abbot and convent request that their charters and the record of the plea be examined and right be done to them in the matter of the suit brought against them by Bardfield in the king's name in the eyre of Drogheda relating to land in Balymacgilkeran granted them by Lacy, by which the land was recovered by the king and judgment given against them.
