[Petition in 4 parts:]1) The citizens request that their liberties and free customs be maintained and protected.2) They request that no-one who takes goods to Ross remain unpunished as it is against the king's prohibition.3) They request that they can use the liberties and customs just as those of Bristol use.4) They request that none of them be impleaded except in their guildhall.
