Dagworth requests that the chancellor be commanded to make sufficient writs de liberate to the treasurer, Willicotes and to the bailiffs of the town of Portsmouth to pay the various annuities that the king has granted to her and the arrears of the same, and writs de allocate to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer.

The petition dates to 1403-1406 as the petitioner was granted the annuities on 4 June 1403, and they passed out of her possession when she exchanged them with Queen Joan on 20 February 1406 (CPR 1401-5, p.266; CPR 1405-8, p.143).
