[Petition in 2 parts]1) Markuesy requests that the goods and hereditaments of Petri, Budis and Ponquono forfeited for the murder of Raymond be granted to him.2) Markuesy requests confirmation of the office of 'scribanie' of the court banili of Mont Flanqui to Raymond de Bello Vide, which office was granted to him by the seneschal at the request of Markuesy.1)
Nature of endorsement
To the first point coram rege.2) The king has granted the first point to the petitioner to endure for his life for the good service that he has done to the king and his ancestors, and of this let a charter be made.3) To the second point he is to have letters of gift and confirmation for him of the same, and that he do on this what he pleases.
