Nature of request
Belesby requests that the chancellor be commanded to examine the matter of the manor of South Reston and do justice to her as she was granted it with her late husband with remainder to their heirs, and after her husband's death she granted the manor to Scremby for her life but he granted it to the earl of Suffolk and others, and it has now come into the king's hand by his forfeiture as she and her children have nothing to sustain them.
