- William de Tabele states that he pledged himself to the King for 40 marks, and paid 30, and his pledge, Warin le Grovenur, paid the other 10 to Badlesmere. He complains of Warin's actions towards him as he was given Tabele's lands for the payment of the 10 marks and he is ousted, and he has destroyed his water mill, and committed other unjust oppressions and the petitioner is impoverished and unable to pursue Grosvenor.
