- [This petition, which appears to be a continuation of another, complains about appellants adjourning their cases to Paris out of the Duchy [of Aquitaine], involving great trouble and expense, as well as a change in the legal system, which prolongs them unnecessarily - to the especial prejudice of the poor, and to the harm of the state and of justice, as it allows people to do wrong with impunity and then claim to be such appellants.]
