[Petition in 3 parts:]1) The people request that they be discharged the outrageous sums for the increment to their farm for the fair of St Ives as they receive little profit from it since the first pestilence.2) The people request remedy as they were granted cognizance of all manner of pleas in their town but have been denied the assizes of novel disseisin and mort d'ancestor before Thorp and his companions, justices of assize in Huntingdonshire.3) They request that their charter be renewed with specific words granting them the two assizes in relief of the town.
