Beaumont requests a commission of oyer and terminer to Shareshull, Waleys and Sadyngton as he leased the manor of Bolton Percy to Vescy for her life, and re-entered it after her death, but the manor was taken into the king's hand amongst other lands held for life by Vescy and entrusted to . . ., and subsequently Heselarton and others came and destroyed the houses there and imprisoned the servants of the petitioner.
