Nature of request
Noillac requests restoration to him and his brother of land that they were given by Durfort in the honour of the castle of Penne for which the brothers were to have given 1,000 livres tournois, but which following Durfort's death have been taken into the king's hand by the seneschal of Agenais.1)

The king understands that this was answered previously in their own parts and the king paid the money and is seised according to the custom of the country and it is necessary for his castle so the king is not advised to grant them away as yet.2) Enrolled before the king on membrane 4.
