Saunders request that a writ is directed to Vobe to appear before the council in parliament to be examined concerning the deceit and that they have the power to hear and determine the matter and adjudge damages as Vobe in conspiracy with Ellen Carles caused her to be disseised of her messuage in Mitcheldean.

19 July, 2 Henry VI, Vobe is commanded to be before the king in Chancery in the quindene of Michaelmas next under pain of £200.
