[The petition is very badly damaged, and only the right-hand half of the petition is legible, so that the full sense of the petition is not recoverable]. Montague requests that the record of a judgment be made to come and that those who ought to be called be called, and that if an error be found that the judgment be reversed and the petitioner be restored to [? the castle and honour of Denbigh], and if an error is not found that then the king make remedy as he is bound to do by the warranty made in their charter. The king granted to the petitioner's father the castle and honour of Denbigh [...].
