- The executors request that it is commanded that they be paid the money that was due for sheep taken from Normanton at Collingham so that they can meet the bequest to his parents and execute the will.1)

Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition is dated to? c. 1324-? c. 1327 on the basis of the dating of another petition by the same petitioners dated by a close roll reference to 1327. The guard dates the petition to 1320-1327 and refers to a patent roll reference which appears to be erroneous. It seems unlikely that the petition dates to the reign of Edward III as the petition, unlike SC 8/164/8168, makes no mention of the king's father, so would seem to be late Edw. II.
