[The petition is damaged and the full sense is not clear. Petition in 2 parts:]1) Belle requests that he be assigned the customs of . . . holding the same until he is paid for 'dras' that were bought for the use of the king, and that similar payment be made to him for 4 'dras' that were bought from him . . . for which he has no bill.2) He requests reason be done to him concerning 9 dras . . . of the right assize in the place where they were made and sealed with the seal of the same town . . .
