Clypston and Wolde request that Denny be called before the council so that they can make their excuses in response to his allegations against them, and that he be arrested until he has found sufficient surety to pursue his allegation as they are made because of ancient malice on his part towards them. They have been made to find sufficient surety to answer these allegations.
