Fitz Hugh requests that a writ be granted to the justices assigned to the assizes of novel disseisin concerning common pasture rights between Mickleton and Brough and other vills between Fitz Hugh and Sandford and others to proceed in the assize brought by Fitz Hugh not withstanding orders to continue it awaiting the making of a perambulation of the boundary between Yorkshire and Westmorland.
Nature of endorsement
It is agreed by the council that since the assize is delayed because of the taking of the perambulation, that all the assizes be delayed, and that the justices in the assizes be commanded accordingly.
