Abbot and convent of the church of St Saviour, Faversham.

Nature of request
The abbot and convent request that the rent demanded from them for the fishery of Milton be discharged as they have held the fishery since the time of King John, but it has been destroyed by a storm of the sea so that they have no profit from it.
Nature of endorsement
Let this petition be sent before the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, and let them be ordered to do right to the abbot.
