Dated on the guard to c. 1327, with reference to appearances by the petitioner and Gariz in patent roll entries from this time, and the fact that Gariz was bailiff of Guernsey in 1325-6. However, it may form part of a related group of petitions with SC 8/266/13250 and SC 8/266/13252, the latter of which appears to date to the Keepership of John de Roches (1328-31).
