- Bradeley requests remedy in his case against Welle concerning land in Bradley, which was to be sued before the justices of the common bench, with Bray was his attorney. He states that Welle came with force and arms to Alford, and threatened to kill Bray unless he ceased pursuing the plea against him. He has therefore been unable to receive remedy.
