Lyndelay requests remedy against Stapleton who prevents him from converting to his profit land from his wood of Lindley, which is neither of the fee nor lordship of Knaresborough, when he and all his ancestors have been accustomed to convert to more profitable use land in the said wood from time of memory.
Nature of endorsement
Stapleton and the petitioner should come and be heard before the barons of the Exchequer, and a writ of Chancery made on this and justice done.
