- [This petition is badly faded, and parts are extremely difficult to reconstruct.]Wilinton, Bischop and Filton, farmers of the manors of Temerton and Luttleton, in the hands of the king due to the forfeiture of John de Wilinton, request remedy against Croiser and Bernard, who have seized their manors and goods to the value of 40 marks. They have held these manors, together with [...], Ablington and tenements in Westonbirt for three years.1)
