Nature of request
The Abbot of Netley requests remedy because he and his predecessors have been seised of receiving tithes from foals foaled in the park of Risborough and from the agistment of other animals in the park as the right of his church of Risborough, of which the abbot has been parson from the time of Richard, King of Germany and Edmund, Earl of Cornwall until the park and manor came into the King's hand.
