Nature of request
Aynart requests that:1) the King grant him letters patent to the constable, receiver of rents or comptroller of the castle of Bordeaux ordering that they grant and confirm to him as lord of the fee for the King the purchases and gifts made to him by those who have power to sell the house and lands late of Cabados in the parish of Gradignan;2) whereas he paid the King and his ministers the seventh part of the fruits growing in the said lands of the fee, and the profit would have been greater if he paid a certain sum of money yearly instead of a seventh that the King grant him letters patent to the constable, receiver and comptroller that he pay a yearly rent for his lands instead of the seventh.1)

The seneschal should enquire into the matter and certify to the King if he can do it without prejudice to the King or anyone else.2) It should go to the receiver of Bordeaux.
