Clervaus requests remedy against Appleby since when the petitioner purchased cloth for 10 marks from him, he could not have the cloth unless he made one writing for £10 and another for 24 marks in the form of a starr, and that day and since he has sued and is suing against Appleby on the starr for 24 marks.1)
