Neoburgh requests that whereas his lord, Thomas, Earl of Norfolk and Marshal of England gave him the office of the Marshalsea, confirmed by the King, who after the Earl's death ordered the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer to allow him to enjoy his office according to the confirmation, and Herle and others have entered into the office by writ of Chancery, that the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer be ordered by writ to allow the petitioner to enjoy his office.
