Gethyn requests that whereas Vachan held freely in lawful inheritance a hamlet called Trefvawr Vachan in which the town and castle of Beaumaris are situated, for which Edward I ordered Havering to make allowance for so many of the lands elsewhere, and while Vachan repaired from the second war in Scotland, Havering was removed from office so that no allowance was made to him, that the King will accomplish and complete his father's will so that the petitioner is not disinherited.1)
