Nature of request
William de Lore and John Blank state that goods belonging to William de Saut were arrested at the suit of Hernaud de Seint Martyn, William de Seint Poil, Peter de Artikelonke, and others of Bayonne, and that these and others have received various sums from these goods. They ask that they might also have the money owed to them from this sum, as they have so far received nothing, and that they might also be paid their damages and the costs of their suit.
Nature of endorsement
They are to come before the Chancellor and the Treasurer of the Exchequer, and they are to call those of the justices and of the barons that it seems to them are to be called; and they are to examine the process and do justice to the parties.
