Executors of Oliver de Ingham.

Nature of request
The executors of Oliver de Ingham state that they recovered a debt of 100 marks before the auditors of Queen Eleanor, against Ralph, son and heir of William de Rothinge. They ask the King to assign certain people to hear this record, a copy of which is attached to this petition, and to proceed to judgment, and to execute it according to the process of the record, in discharge of the Queen's soul.
Nature of endorsement
[Deleted] Before the whole council. And John de Berewyk is to be called.They are to sue to have the record and process brought before Roger le Brebanzon and his colleagues, if they wish; and they are to have a writ of the King's Chancery on this if they wish.
