Nature of request
Arnaut Amaneu, Lord of Albret, states that the lands of Mixe and Ostabares, which are in the realm of Navarre, ought to belong to him as Vicomte of Tartas, held of the King of Navarre, but that the father of the present King of Navarre expelled his father from these lands because he had come over to the King's of England's obedience. He has often asked both the present King and his father to return them, but they have delayed for one reason or another.
