Margaret de Redwar (Redware) and Denise de Redwar (Redware), daughters of Robert de Redwar, through Thomas de Fennewik (Fenwick), their closest kinsman, who sues for them.

Margaret and Denise, daughters of Robert de Redwar, who are under age and indeed not yet of the age of discretion, state through Thomas de Fennewik, their closest kinsman, who sues for them, that William de Heddon and Isabel, wife of Robert de Redwar, murdered Robert by conspiracy between them, and that William de Tyndale, the Coroner, who found this by inquisition, has taken Robert's goods into the King's hand as forfeit, and will not allow Margaret and Denise to have any part of them, as they should. Thomas requests a remedy.

The transcript of the writ issued as a result of this petition (SC 8/170/8484) is dated 18 March, 33 Edward I (1305), and the petition to which that transcript was attached (SC 8/170/8483) speaks of it being issued as the result of a petition at the previous parliament: this petition, therefore, must have been presented to the Lent parliament of 1305.
