Report of Barbados Quarantine Commission. Speaks well of the report and remarks on the quarantine restrictions generally in the West Indies. Hopes that the proposed conference may be called as soon as possible and suggests clause be inserted in the Convention to effect that no departures from the terms of the Convention shall be permissible excepting with the general consent of all the signatories.
