Description

West Indian Mail Service: Quarantine Regulations. Calls attention to the serious inconvenience caused by want of harmony existing between the various Islands in regards to the Quarantine and quotes case of SS Orinoco which was refused pratique at Trinidad because she had been visited by Health Officers at Barbados in conjunction with a case of measles on board.
