Money Order arrangements with the United States of America. States that the Colonial Postmaster reports against any reduction in the existing scale of charges. Sends the Colonial Postmaster's minute in which the Auditor General and the Colonial Treasurer concur. States that the Executive Committee have adopted his recommendation and encloses copy of a communication from the Administrator of St Lucia on the subject.
