Description

Free Public Library. Requests the telegram be sent 'en clair' to Mr Carnegie Skibo Castle. States that the House of Legislature gratefully accepts the Secretary of State's munificent gift for erection of the free public library on the conditions named in his letter of 26 August (letter to follow, he states).
