Infants Vaccination Act. States that the Act will be included in the Expiring Laws Continuance Act. Concurs in the desirability of amending the Act so as to provide for the work of vaccination being left entirely in the hands of Medical Practitioners. States that a bill will be introduced later for this purpose. Sends copy of the debate on this point and states that he cannot at present get the House of Assembly to make the Act permanent.
