Huts for the Boer prisoners. Asks for views on the suggestion of the General Officer Commanding the Troops that the huts be handed over to St Vincent. States that the estimated military cost to date is £40,000 and that the Governor of Barbados wants some of the huts for public works in Barbados. States also that Treasury sanction must be obtained if handed over gratis.
