Description

Agricultural Aids Act Amendment, 1902. Explains that the Act was passed to prohibit lenders of money from carrying over any loss sustained by them upon the crop in respect of which the loan had been made to the account of the following crop. States that another bill is being introduced to facilitate the sale of estates in Chancery.
