Application of Major Kaye, Inspector General of Police. Transmits copy of a letter from Major Kaye in which he asks that he may be granted the local Rank of Lieutenant Colonel in view of the appointment to the rank of Inspector of Barbados Police of Major R B Todd. He recommends him for the local Rank and informs that Major Kaye's application is also strongly supported by Brigadier General Dickson, Officer Commanding the Troops.
