Description

Mr E T Grannum (Auditor General): proposed seat in the House of Assembly. Reports that Mr Grannum was a member of the House of Assembly until 1896, when he became Auditor General. States that after reading all the relative papers he does not see any reason for the Auditor General not to have a seat in the House of Assembly and that an invitation has been made to Mr Grannum to be nominated for election as representative in the House of Assembly of the Parish of St Thomas.
