Transmits a draft of the Regulations, which have been prepared by the Attorney General for adoption in Barbados. Encloses also copy of the minute dated 10 November from Mr W H Stoker (Attorney General) and awaits the approval of the Secretary of State in regards to the issue of these Regulations.
