Industrial and Provident Societies Act. Suggests the introduction of a provision for the establishment of Agricultural Banks along the lines explained and that Mr Brabook, Chief Registrar of the Friendly Societies, should be invited to draft such a provision. Points out that there is a growing need of such a movement in Jamaica.
