Description

'Incendiarism' (arson). Calls attention to the numerous recent cases of arson attacks and suggests that the Governor be informed of this, so that he could take the necessary steps as to prevent a continuation of these widespread attacks. Attaches extracts from the Barbados Agricultural Reporter, the Barbados Advocate and the Barbados Globe on the subject.
