Description

Detention of the Boer Leaders. Acknowledges receipt of the Under Secretary of State's letter of 11 October in regards to the Boer leaders permanently banished from South Africa and informs that it has been decided that Barbados is the most suitable place. Asks whether the Colonial Office concurs in this proposal.
