Letter of recommendation to Dr Went. Sends copy of a note from the Netherlands' Minister asking the authorities of Barbados, Trinidad and the Bahamas for a letter of recommendation for Dr Went who is about to visit these islands to study the state of the agriculture and the plantations with the view to the improvement of similar industries in the Netherland Antilles. Enquires whether the Secretary of State is willing to accede to request.
