Disused rifles. Encloses copies of two letters from the War Office in regards to some MH arms returned from Barbados for disposal. Understands that if repaired these arms could be used by 'native forces' in the Gold Coast. Awaits confirmation to proceed with the repair and on the terms in which the arms should be transferred.
