Description

Mr E H Johnston: Keeper of the Petroleum Warehouse. Reports on 1) further charges brought against Mr Johnston for remissness in keeping his books, 2) his absconding, 3) his dismissal. Shows the calculations of Mr Johnston's surrender value in connection with his pension policy and confirms that there has been no loss to the Government. Sends report on the new arrangements for the keeping of the Warehouse, which should prevent such irregularities in future.
