Location of the Boer prisoners. Submits copy of a letter from Sir George Pile (Lord Harewood's agent in Barbados) enclosing application from the Military Authorities for the lease (for military purposes) of Fortescue pasture, which has been selected for the encampment of the Boer leaders. Encloses also his reply deferring a definite answer pending decision as to the location of the Boer leaders. States that the rent of £60 per annum appears to be reasonable.
