Volunteer Force. Sends draft of the Bill and a Memorandum with regards to the formation of a Volunteer Corps. Thinks the Bill will be passed and necessary funds voted. Expresses thanks for grant of guns, small arms etc, and hopes that the Colonial Government will not have to bear cost of transporting them from England. Asks for the appointment of an Officer with necessary experience.
